I’m glad you liked the Honeycrisps. They’re my favorite type of apple.

Do you think you’ll try other types? I suggest the tart ones like Granny Smiths and Red Delicious.

Macintoshes are mealy and make me unhappy. Great fro pies and apple crisp, but ugh! for eating straight.

I love your work and I’m so glad you’re doing a blog.
